Ooh, it's lovely! I really like this one! it's the first real time I've seen this scene drawn! Captures the moment well!

Everyone was breathless, anxiously awaiting the emergence of the winner of the Triwizard Tournament . . . and suddenly they see an anguished Harry, and Cedric, poor Cedric . . . this is fabulous.

I especially like Harry's hand clutching Cedric--very powerful.

wow... so much emotion i can see the pain on harry's face! i love this. it reminds me of when i read this scene the 1st time. i had actolly cried. cedric was actolly a decent guy dispite his popularity. you did so well i'd love to see it in color.

Stupid Fudge and his stupid bowler hat...i rather liked him alright before this!

Wow . . . I never saw this one before. The emotion is incredible, and it captures how I felt when I first read it. Fudge is a stupid git. Dumbledore looks good, while the pain and anguish on Harry's face is astounding.

In my opinion, one of your best drawings, There is so much emotion, and I agree with :) about the hand, very good!

This is the only scene in the series that makes me cry. So far, anyway. Such anguish. Nicely done.

I just noticed Harry's glasses are falling off. Nice touch.

Oh good! You noticed! That was one of my particularly favorite details, and yes, this scene is rather crushing.

I love the way you portray Dumbledore, he's much closer to my initial mental image than Grand-Pre's drawings or either of the movie versions. By the way, is that anyone in particular behind Dumbledore?
From: Jess (Mon Jul 25 15:26:10 2005)
Dumbledore looks perfect, I imagined Fudge to be a bit older Harry looks so traumatised. Really well drawn!

Erm.... I think it was McGonagall I pictured standing behind them. *shrug* You decide! :)

I think you're imagining things. His sweater is pulled up by his fall to the ground, and his shirt is showing underneath, crumpled, tucked into his trousers. Sorry to disappoint.... *weirded out*

normaly I don't cry wen I'm reading books, but I was very sad here.the drawing looks amazing.(I just want to point out the possibilitis of making mistakes when I'm ritting, because I'm portuguese and I just started learning English three years ago). Great picture by the way!

Why do people insist on turning even the most normal thing into a celebration of sexiness? Honestly, it disgusts me.
